Esther is the CEO and founder of Nana Poultry Farm—an existing small-scale agricultural. Holding a B.Sc. in Sociology, originally from Kaduna state but resident in Sokoto state, Esther applies modern poultry management, strict hygiene standards, and timely vaccination protocols to produce healthy, affordable broiler chickens and high-quality poultry products. Her business model emphasizes local value-chain integration by purchasing feed ingredients (maize, millet, and sorghum) directly from regional crop farmers and converting poultry waste into organic manure to boost crop yields. Rooted in her background in sociology, Esther uses her farm as a vehicle for social cohesion, offering inclusive, non-biased employment and training to youth and women across ethnic and religious lines. Self-described as peaceful, joyful, and truthful—with a knack for motivating others and staying calm during high-pressure situations—Esther joins The Hustle Reality Show seeking mentorship, exposure, and expansion capital to scale her farm capacity, invest in cold-room ice-block manufacturing equipment, and drive food security across Northern Nigeria.
