She combines trade and commerce with grassroots socio-economic empowerment through her leadership in ZAMWE (Zamfara Women Entrepreneurs Association), a women-led organization dedicated to training, mentoring, and providing market access for women and youth. Her innovative model merges skills acquisition with product development, trade fairs, and networking ecosystems, creating sustainable jobs, boosting household incomes, and providing positive economic alternatives to curb unemployment and regional insecurity. Self-described as resilient, a problem solver, and an exceptional organizer who stays calm under pressure, Farida joins The Hustle Reality Show seeking mentorship, capital, and a national platform to scale Ohaamus Gallery and ZAMWE, promote social cohesion, and empower the next generation of women and youth entrepreneurs across Northern Nigeria.
