Zainab is the co-founder and lead baker of Muhazma Small Chops—a small-scale food processing and pastry enterprise. Holding a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.) from MAAUN, Niger Republic (2024) and employed with the Katsina State Government (KTSG), Zainab combines clinical food safety discipline with baking to deliver fresh, high-quality pastries and small chops for families, schools, events, and commercial markets. Her venture drives local economic activity by sourcing ingredients directly from local agricultural suppliers, while creating job opportunities and practical skill-acquisition pathways for young people and women across the state. Rooted in the belief that shared celebrations and community enterprise foster social cohesion, Zainab uses culinary arts to bring people together and reduce youth redundancy. Self-described as friendly, hardworking, and dedicated—with strict standards for hygiene and a hidden knack for team organization—Zainab joins The Hustle Reality Show seeking mentorship, capacity building, and financial support to acquire advanced baking machinery, expand production, and transform Muhazma Small Chops into a recognized regional brand.
